RETROFITS

Originally retrofitted in 1995 this has been a great machine for our customer for many years. 20+ Years later we upgraded the control from the Fagor 8025 to a 8037 and she continues to work hard.

Retrofitted in late 2001. We removed the original Allen Bradley 7300 and JNL interface and stalled the Fagor 8055T control, Fagor Servo and Spindle system.

This machine had gone through a very bad fire, we completely went through machine and replaced all damaged components, wiring and re-painted.

Retrofitted in 2005 This is one machine of 4 that we did for a customer in Odessa, Texas. We removed the old K&T controls and installed the Fagor 8040 CNC System, along with Fagor Digital servo's and Spindle. Additionally we added a 4th axis to her for customer requirements for deep hold drill reamers for oil field use.

Retrofitted in 2000, we removed the old GE1050 control off this machine and installed the Fagor 8055M control. Customer had us utilize original drives and motors.

Retrofitted in 2014 we did three of these Gantry Routers for a customer in Taylor Texas. We removed the original Allen Bradley controls and install Fagor 8055i CNC Controls, Digital Servos and Motors.

Retrofitted in 2014 we took some weird PC Based control off this and installed Fanuc 0iT CNC control drives and Motors on her.

Retrofitted in 2019 we completely went through this machine electrically and removing the old Fanuc 12M control stalled Fanuc 30iB system, Fanuc Digital drives and motors and replaced the original SNK A/C Heads with HSD 655 A/C Heads and 24000 RPM Spindles.

Retrofitted in 2014 we removed the old Heidenhain control system and Siemens servo system and installed the Fagor 8065M with Fagor Digital servo system and Linear Absolute Scales.

Retrofits started in 2018 AMTS Retrofitted 8 of these machines for a local customer.

Retrofitted for local customer and completed in January of 2020.
